These Terms govern your use of Sonoran Software Systems LLC products and sites — Sonoran CAD (https://sonorancad.com), Sonoran CMS (https://sonorancms.com), Sonoran Radio (https://sonoranradio.com) — along with any sub‑domains, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Your Agreement With Us
By accessing or using any Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version and changing the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for users 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you must have parent or guardian permission to use the Services.
3. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable law.
4. Fees, Billing & Renewals
Certain features require payment. All sales are subject to our refund and purchase policy. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until cancellation. Prices may change upon 30 days’ notice.
5. Intellectual Property
We (or our licensors) own all intellectual‑property rights in the Services. We grant you a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to use the Services solely as intended. No other rights are granted.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
Violate any law or third‑party right;
Reverse‑engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain source code;
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or others’ use of them;
Use the Services to compete with us or to build a similar product.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or take any action we deem necessary to protect the Services or our interests.
7. Software License
Where we provide downloadable software or an API, it is licensed—not sold—on a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive basis solely to interact with the Services as documented. All other use is prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.
8. Termination, Suspension & Removal
We reserve the unfettered right — at any time and for any reason or no reason — to suspend, disable, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to any or all Services (including Sonoran CAD, Sonoran CMS, Sonoran Radio, and any future offerings) and to remove or delete any communities, CAD systems, data, or content associated with your account. Such action may be taken with or without notice and without liability to you. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, non‑payment, inactivity, suspected fraud, or conduct we, in our sole discretion, deem harmful, disruptive, or otherwise objectionable. We have no obligation to disclose the basis for any action we take and will not be liable for any resulting losses or damages.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) fees you paid us for the Service during the last 30 days or (b) USD $100.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Sonoran Software Systems LLC and its affiliates harmless from any loss, liability, or claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of law.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Yavapai County, Arizona under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. No class actions.
