# Discord Rewards

## Create Your Rewards ID

### 1. Join Our Discord

Join our official Discord: [Discord.SonoranSoftware.com](https://discord.sonoransoftware.com/)

### 2. Copy Your Customer ID

When point thresholds are met, discounts are automatically applied to the linked customer account. In order to link your customer account, you will first need your customer ID.

Login to account.sonoransoftware.com > `Billing` > Click to copy the customer ID.

### 3. Register Your Rewards ID

In our Discord, use the `/rewardsregister` command.

Enter in a community name and your Stripe customer ID.

Once created, the message will contain your [rewards ID number](#manual-link) and [automatic Discord invite](#automatic-invite-link).

## Linking Community Members

Community members help earn points by participating in discussions, suggestions, and more. They must link their account to the community's reward ID.

### A. Automatic Invite Link

When [registering a community](#register-your-rewards-id), a Discord invite code is automatically generated. When users join with this code, they'll be automatically linked to your community's rewards.

### B. Manual Link

Members can manually link their Discord account to the community rewards by using the `/rewardslink` command.

Members will need your community rewards ID from [registration](#register-your-rewards-id), or from the [`/rewardspoints` command](#viewing-rewards).

## Earning Rewards

## Viewing Rewards

Communities can view their points, information, and rewards tier by using the `/rewardspoints` command.

## Reward Tiers

Reward levels are earned when your community meets or exceeds the required point threshold, based on activity over the past 30 days.

When a new tier is reached, the corresponding discount is automatically applied to the most expensive upcoming subscription renewal on the linked customer account—**but only if your community still qualifies for that tier at the time of renewal**. If the subscription already has a larger discount, no additional discount is applied (discounts cannot be stacked).

If your community drops below the required threshold before the renewal date, the discount will not be applied.

## Terms and Conditions

#### 🔧 Beta Program Notice

* The rewards program is currently in **early testing**.
* **Point levels, calculations, and rewards may change** at any time without notice.
* The entire program may be **paused, modified, or removed** during or after testing.
* **Rewards are not guaranteed** and may be adjusted or revoked at our discretion.

#### 📜 General Terms

* Discounts are applied based on your community’s reward tier at the time of **subscription renewal**.
* You must be **actively meeting the reward tier** when the renewal is processed to receive a discount.
* Discounts **cannot be stacked** with other coupons or promotions.

#### 🚫 Abuse & Exploitation

* Any **attempts to exploit, manipulate, or abuse** the system—by users or communities—may result in:
  * Immediate **removal of discounts**
  * **Revocation of points**
  * **Permanent disqualification** from the rewards program
  * Permanent account ban from all platforms
