Last updated: November 4, 2026 This policy covers Sonoran Software gift cards and credit added from them. By purchasing or redeeming a card, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.
  • Use: Gift cards provide credit for eligible Sonoran Software subscriptions, including CAD, CMS, Radio, Studio and Sonoran One. Prices and credit are in USD. Sonoran Store (Tebex) cards are separate and follow that store’s terms.
  • No expiration or inactivity fees: Purchased gift cards and their account credit do not expire. We charge no inactivity or maintenance fees.
  • Account credit stays with the recipient: Redemption applies the full card value to one Sonoran account. Once applied, credit cannot be transferred to another account or split between accounts. Community gifts credit the selected recipient’s account; they are not reserved for one community and do not give the purchaser ownership or control of it.
  • Refunds and cash: Gift-card purchases are non-refundable and excluded from our 48-hour money-back guarantee. Gift cards and account credit cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Eligible refunds for purchases paid with gift credit return as account credit, unless the law requires otherwise.
  • Subscriptions: Normal subscription prices, renewals and cancellation rules still apply. Gift credit does not cancel a subscription or prevent billing when the credit runs out.
  • Security and support: Keep gift codes and private card links secure; anyone with access may redeem them. Contact support for a lost card, delivery problem or the wrong card type. Proof of purchase may be required. We may hold or reverse credit associated with fraud or a refunded, disputed or reversed payment, as permitted by law.
This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.
